A lot of mamas were writing in telling me that they only need help with “this one thing” maybe for them it was textures, or just eating veggies, or maybe it was that their kid wouldn’t stay at the table long enough etc etc

In today’s episode I take us a few steps back and discuss why it’s often more than “just one thing” and how building a strong foundation can be a game changer for our picky eaters in ways we didn’t even realize!
